A Report of an Unusual Case in Low Grade Spindle Cell Ameloblastic Carcinoma
C. Jindal mSpindle-cell differentiation in ameloblastic cancer could be a rare event. though rumored by several authors, it absolutely was 1st delineate as a separate entity in 1999 by woodlouse underneath the heading “low-grade spindle cell ameloblastic cancer.” Here, we tend to report a case of inferior spindle-cell ameloblastic cancer arising in pre-existing unicystic ameloblastoma. Histologically, the lesion was composed of an oversized cystic cavity with associate ameloblastomatous lining and areas showing spindle-cell proliferation.
